Having got it and taken a good look it's really not that bad! could be repaired but it just makes more sense to me to strip it for parts for my 60 and maybe repair the shell and move it on.

Yes i helped Dan out with a few jobs on it when he lived in Orlando a few years back and the floors were bad then but for the price he was asking it had some good pieces on it roof rack, 7.5 brakes, 1275 rod change, and Aussie doors.

yes, he didn't seem to really want to sell it especially when I told him I was going to break it for parts to build my 1960 shell! Its pretty rotten in the floors and roof gutters but I may fix the shell and pass it on...............Or build myself a race car, been a few years since I raced a mini................

Road trains are typically 3, maybe 4 trailers on public highways (but not close in to heavily populated areas).  Could be longer on non-public roads, such as large cattle stations.

This road train with 140 tons of ammonium nitrate loaded the three trailers separately near the Queensland coast, then the train was assembled and the haul to Three Ways & Alice Springs in the NT (for diesel fill up in Alice) then back north a little way on the Stuart Hwy. before crossing several hundred kilometres of dirt & bull dust to a mine site in Western Australia.

AN and Fuel Oil are the ingredients for most surface mine blasting.  The AN will not explode but will burn very hot.

Road Train driver will lower the air pressure on the tractor's drive wheels before tackling the slow haul over dirt and through bull dust in the dry, hot interior.
