This may be a better post for MINI motoring or a similar MINI site. I would be p*ssed if a 2012 had that many cosmetic issues. Hopefully the mechanics are better. Hopefully the dealership is fixing these issues for free. But if they don't come up with permanent fixes you will be sucking it up once warranty is done. Maybe if you can prove with enough complaints from numerous owners that this is a defect, the company will do something. But, odds are against that sinc it isn't a safety issue.

Hmmmm ? most 35 year old classic mini clubmans still look good-scuttle good, badges still good and bonnet stripes/pin striping good-
All this without using Chinese parts-
