JimOhio..here again. does NOT matter what YOU think.. it is what DMV lic and theft things.. here in NC it is called a 1967 replica.. some states like NY it would be called 2017... later bc

Why not say what it is? is it illegal to advertise this as a 2017 "Chinese" (insert name, Moke America, etc.) Moke replica..
I don't think boldly calling it a 1967 Austin Mini Moke is right.. why not call it a 2017 or whatever it is..

JimOhio.. everyone knows this is a CHOKE.. and the dealer says it is moke REPLICA in his other ads.. no reason to get your panties all in twist over this.. still a damn nice moke.. even if it is chinese.. later bc

suggested correction on heading: Claiming to be a 1967 Austin Moke for sale
I understand what is going on with this but this is not an "Austin" Moke and it was not made in 1967. There has to be a better way to list these Mokes that are more transparent and honest.. Is this for legal purpose they are written the way that it is but to me it may be risky listing this way.
