An old thread! Just to update, I ended up with a 76 Pickup and 2 Mokes (66 and 68).

No Heinz 57 yet tho...

Whee, Can't help with a Moke, but I do know where there is a Heinz 57. Sort of a barn find, but actually tucked away in a garage and off the road for at least 20 years.

Thanks. Didn't catch that one in my search. Not a lot of detail in the listing. I sent a message to see if I can have someone inspect it. I have someone who can help about 90 min from it.

I indeed agree that I have enough grey and yellow cars
An early green Moke would be of most interest, with white as second choice. Will look at convenient later Mokes, but that's not really what I want..

Still looking for a Moke, or anything else interesting/unique such as a Heinz or whatever is out there...not looking for a project or a trailer queen.

Hugh, appreciate the offer, but , January in the Rockies is not conducive to hauling a pristine mini on an open trailer, but thanks for your past service in the USAF and to the mini community

The advent of the Chinese makes will only serve to increase the value of other mokes

So, if you own a rusty early OZ moke (oxymoron), simply buy a Choke shell for around $8K and do a complete rebuild

This will then serve to keep moke prices up down the road
