Thank you. I'll pass it on to Garry. He'll likely email you to get more information so he can track it down.

No Chuck, you spotted it first and invited me over to look at it. Robert Johnson's car. It had a standard Morris grille but was otherwise spot-on. I later sent Robert the correct grille. I have photos of the car being loaded onto a trailer as he set off home.

Suzy has known Garry since she was a child, her house was next to his showroom, so yes he does know about MAE from Rockford.

Alex, I've been trying to help Garry find those in North America. I'm pretty sure he has the one from the '04 Mini Meet. That was a case of the owner not even knowing it was a Super! If I remember correctly, Nick Rogers spotted it first.

There have to be more around.

I'm guessing you've had a chat with Garry D***ens as he is the MCR registrar for the Supers.

If not, drop him a line as he's got a pretty comprehensive list already.

Somewhere I've got photos of you with the Super we found at MMEMW in Rockford '04.

Two? There are only two in the U.S. and Canada? (And elsewhere?)

Thanks. Aware of that one.
Another was sent to me via email. Portland, Or. area. Aware of it, too.
Come on. There has to be more out there!

One of the rarest, English factory built Minis is the Super. The 997 Cooper without the 997cc engine and the 7" disc brakes is how the Supers are often described. They first showed up in September 1961 and were dropped in October 1962.

Do you have one or know of someone who does? Let me know!
