Weird that your photo doesn't show up (for me anyway) in your post but does in the quote editor but only while editing. (It IS a great shot of a red/white Mini in nothing but snow.)

I don't visit here much anymore, but someone suggested I post this picture of Hugo, the '69 Cooper 1000 in the '99 T-bird. The results archive says we placed 11th overall, 4th in historic. My records say the last rally that car did was '05 (Western Canada TSD Champion, thanks for asking) then it got parked with a transmission problem. That makes 13 years it's been sitting in the corner! Geez.

I'm throughly enjoying your top-notch videos. If this Mini parts thing doesn't work out for you, I think you have a great future in video production.       Please keep 'em coming.

Mark Dykstra is a Vancouver Mini Club Member and Tony Latham (in the footage) was at our club meeting last night to talk about the West Coast Rally Assoc. 'Thunderbird' event and other rallies such as the 'Totem'.

Mark has been keen to enter rallying after extensive volunteering and we have been keen to support & encourage him.  Mark is a real enthusiast. 

Mark and Sandy Dykstra moved from Montreal to BC in the late 1980's Mark took my half mini trailer with him... Glad to see his boys all grown up and having fun with their dad. ..

Karl S and son drove my BLUE GOOSE classic mini from earl nc to Alaska and back. without a  hitch in 1998.  a mere 10,000 drive..  I still have the car..  been thinking about selling it.. up for offers from anyone.. ?? later bc  www.montecarlomini.net

Last week we went up to Merrit British Columbia to document our friend Mark’s journey as he competed in the Thunderbird rally in his classic mini. Its 1000 klm of forest service roads, covered in ice, in -15c weather, and was an absolute blast! We made this movie about it, please check it out!
