Thanks for the responses. Looking at the costs for new pistons, seals, bleeders, labor, shipping, etc. it seems best to simply order new units. These are the 7.5" aftermarket ones that were used upgrading the 850 brakes. I found a chap that had a complete set of new for a great price.

My contact info is in my profile. I keep 7.5 SS pistons and kits on hand. I will be ordering 8.4 SS pistons and kits soon. Steve (CTR)

you could take7.5
I could do them for you. I'm in NY.
Steve Gibbs at Coopertune might be interested in doing them. He's in/ near Newport News VA. He's regularly on the board here.
You'll need pistons, a seal kit and special O ring.
Are they 8.4 brakes or 7.5? or something else?
I'd strip them down, bead blast them, remove and replace the old parts. and then paint them.
Shipping is on you both ways, plus labor. PM me or call me from my profile if you're interested.

On inspection, the calipers on my Mini are rusted hunks of metal that need full rebuilds. Does anyone have experience with a source that would provide the service?
