What kind of Distributor is this?

I have no idea what a used dizzy with non-functional vacuum advance would be. You can see list prices following the link below. I've never seen Pertronix distributors for sale at these list prices. They are almost always discounted.
BTW, the link confirms your dizzy is based on the 45D.

With that type of drive dog and the squared off bottom to the casting, I'd say Pertronix used the 45D series distributor housing.
