Jim there is a lot more interest in them in the UK and Japan.

hehee, I like the idea! Picturing some kind of big lasso, a group of dusty mini pickups, and the theme song from the good bad and ugly.

Looks like he eliminated the infamous blind spot with the tractor trailer mirrors he installed .

take whatever price you like, add 25% and sell it

25% seems to be the tariff ad on price

My first mini was a 1969 all steel van, bonus with the 1071S cooper engine and disc brakes, owned it for 8 years, sold it in Michigan (where it now resides in an outfitters store with a kayak on the roof etc)

after l sold that one l went on a 25. Year binge and bought and sold 450 Classic minis

But l could never recommend an all steel van to anyone, hot, no air and terrible blind spots especially on a RHD model, sliding windows and the little air vent in the roof didn’t help

If you get one, I'd suggest a light color like white or at least a white roof. Dark colors and you can bake bread in them. Way too damn hot for my liking! I happen to know where a white one is for sale, but it ain't cheap. But considering it has zero rust and factory (original) paint, it's a good price if you ask me.

I took to my Aussie Window Van straight away...ride more comfortable than the shorter wheelbase sedan (will confirm after the road/rally cones get used).

With the rear side window, a great greenhouse for visibility and a very useful load bay (bigger than the Austin Van it replaced in OZ).

Aussie wind-up windows & quarter windows are terrific together.

Only one other seat so one can be selective with ride requests, lots of room for camping gear, subframes...why not a Mini Van??

Vans like pickups are astronomical in price now.

I wish I knew where our old one disappeared.
