I agree, it's a great product. I've had mine for almost a year and I'm loving it. I posted a review of the device from my FB page to this forum when I first got it and felt like a shill for the company cuz I was so pleased.

On the bright side no more dish washing for a while

Nice install.

Left to my own devices electrical tape would be my bandage of choice.  However, since I cut my thumb doing dishes my wife insisted on doing the first aid.

Thanks for sharing... Uhh, I'm sorry but CLEARLY you don't belong here...

That should be duct tape or at least electrical tape on your thumb in that photo, there. You are welcome back once you have corrected your mistake

After I welded the bung to the exhaust and refitted, the wiring is a simple 12 volt and ground, plus wiring from the sensor to the module.  There was plenty of length to mount the module under the dash (I used velcro ) and ran the wire through my unused heater line opening to the switched side of the fuse box.

This photo is a screenshot of the app running.  It seems to work great and went in without any issue.  It's nice to have the info on the phone since it can come outside the car and i can see the impact of carb adjustments as I do them.  App works well as far as connecting and there are a pile of other modules that could be added if desired for most engine parameters.

Cheers,

Corey

Put the car up on the lift and marked out the location for the O2 bung.  It has to be 24" to 40" from the manifold.  I found it tucked in nicely just behind the shifter.

I've got nothing to do with this company or interest in promoting it.  However, I just put one in my Mini and thought others might be interested.

I like have instant feedback on the mixture in engines to help with tuning rather than relying on instinct.  I've got and AEM 30-4100 in my Opel that uses an O2 sensor in tandem with a gauge in a pod.  It's  a good (now superseded) unit.

However, since my Mini has a completely stock interior an dash, I didn't want a gauge.  I found this PLX unit that uses a hidden module that sends the output to an app on the phone https://www.plxdevices.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=897346002870.  I picked one up on Amazon for $200 CDN and put it in over the weekend.

Here's how it went.....These are photos of the package and contents.  The module is about the size of a deck of cards.
