Looks like he ML gave Paddy a Miniguy sticker to put on his car. Wonder if Paddy even owns a Mini now? If he does, would he advertise for Miniguy in England? I guess any advertising is good, no matter what part of the world it's in. I was lucky enough to score a ride with Paddy in his Recce car that was prepped for the Monte Carlo Historics Rallye back in the 90's. At the time I was heavily involved with the Mini Cooper Register in England and they held an event where we drove 100 Coopers from Longbridge to Gaydon (the museum) and toured the facility. They had a raffle and 3 names were drawn to take a ride with Paddy on the Test Track there at Gaydon. A friend of mine in England has a video of me getting into the car with Paddy, introductions, and us driving off. I must get a copy of this sometime and get converted to DVD. It was a great day!

Kudos to the Oregon Mini Society ( OregonMiniSociety.com ) and all the other volunteers who helped put on a great Mini Meet, including the Maryhill Hill Climb event (in lieu of the Autocross events that are often a staple of Mini Meets.)

I have a couple hundred photos of the classic Minis that were at the Meet, I'll post a link to the MiniGuy website when I have those up.
