Yes I've tried to acces from the drivers side of the center stack, next to the gas pedal : there is no place, and the blower motor is bigger than the space I can see…!!! there is something else in front of (square metal box bolted with 2 screws on the floor and cables (one to the ground))
I think it's to difficult to access through only this place...there is an another trick...

it made noise and vibrations when high speed one month ago, and now it doesn't blow anymore (a little bite).
it is on the center, behind the A/C unit, at right to the accelerator (not on the top like on the R56(easier)).
Screws are too far and very difficult to access.
do I have to remove the dash to access on top, or I have to access by the sides under the dash ?
thanks a lot to help
You should be able to access the blower motor from the drivers side of the center stack, next to the gas pedal.

You will need to remove some trim to gain access. Then you can release the 3 mounting screws for the blower and slide the unit out.
