There was no listing for the other cables without the white plastic clip. the longer one has a rhino horn . I have the seiko 2 cluster type clock.

The 42.5" is for 1990 > Mini's with RHD and the speedometer in front of you so that would be the longest one you should ever need Jim.

Contact your nearest speedometer repair shop and ask if they can make one for you. They may ask you to supply some new cables so they can get the ends you need. Regardless, they should be able to make any length you are interested in.
EDIT: I spent a little time searching. While there probably is another car out there that uses a 4 foot cable like you are looking for, there is also a company in Canada that will make you exactly what you need if a local shop cannot. See the link below.
