There was no listing for the other cables without the white plastic clip.  the longer one has a rhino horn . I have the seiko 2 cluster type clock.

Mini Spares has it if it is not available here.

Whats wrong with the 48 inch clubman cable?

I am guessing as everyone sells a 42.5" cable and yours is 48" it has been changed at some time with one from another vehicle.
The 42.5" is for 1990 > Mini's with RHD and the speedometer in front of you so that would be the longest one you should ever need Jim.

Contact your nearest speedometer repair shop and ask if they can make one for you.  They may ask you to supply some new cables so they can get the ends you need.  Regardless, they should be able to make any length you are interested in.

EDIT:  I spent a little time searching.  While there probably is another car out there that uses a 4 foot cable like you are looking for, there is also a company in Canada that will make you exactly what you need if a local shop cannot.  See the link below.

 Anyone Know where I can buy a 48 inch speedometer cable for a sieki style 2 & 3 cluster instrument panel.  Has the white clip on the end. I've tried our host and 7ent and minisport , but they all sell the 42.5 cable. I took out  a 48 inch from my mini., which is a 92. They sell the 48 cable but does not have the end , I'm looking for.
