Been a while, but I would say you need to check the plug, and if not the plug, your wiring harness. Fuel generally does not cause a misfire code as it doesn't effect the spark circuit.

That's the best place to start. Got mice?

Injector, injector seal, carbon on valves?

Has anyone came across a solve for this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Aside from the error code, how is the car running?  Does it have a rough idle?

How does the #2 spark plug look?

A code P0302 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Running out of fuel
Poor compression
Defective computer
