Been a while, but I would say you need to check the plug, and if not the plug, your wiring harness. Fuel generally does not cause a misfire code as it doesn't effect the spark circuit.
That's the best place to start. Got mice?

So, I changed the 2 coil with the 3 coil and drove my car for two weeks. The P0302 code came up again so I know it is not the coil but something in the cylinder. Injector, injector seal, carbon on valves?
Has anyone came across a solve for this issue?
Thanks in advance.

How does the #2 spark plug look?
A code P0302 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Running out of fuel
Poor compression
Defective computer
