YEP= circled the vac line in your picture, see where its going.. IT might be going to a solenoid or valve in the fender,.  that should also come out to the distrubutor.

Like mentioned.
Go from that Carb port= straight to the distrubutor= Easy.

It looks like there is a vac line connected from the carb and it seems to be going under the wiper motor.

Slightly bit wider picture would help too.

== I think your car is later model  89-92 (looks like an HIF Carb)  (yep you said 92 Aut
those cars also had a 'temp sender in the thermostat housing.

That temp sender had 2  vacc lines to them = that runs from the carb to the temp sensor = then temp sensor to the Distrubuor dash pot.

LOOKS like your carb has the single vacc line coming off of it  ( sort of under the 'air filter mouting stud... points to the radiator..
That should then go to that 'vacc temp sensor"
and from there to the distrubutor.

Go simple=  go straight from the carb 'take off' nipple= to the distrubutor== I have no clue or any idea if the vacc sender in the thermostat housing made any difference or not...

Great, I see the picture. Unfortunately, this is nothing like the setup on my car, so I can't help.

But there will be others on this site who will recognize your setup.

Hey guys, i was looking around the engine on my mini and was wondering where the vacuim advance should be hooked up to?

The car smells like its running a bit rich as well, plugs look ok.
Its a 92 1275 auto
