Thank you both.  Bill I can't ship till the buyer (if he buys) ... pays for it.

I shipped a palletbox back home from Ohio to Somerset back in August, containign engines, wheels, tools, heads, a Canadian bumper etc etc.

One email to Emma at MapCargo and the pallet was collected, shipped, and then delivered to me - no fuss, no hassle, no stress, no nothing.

One payment covered all the fees and import duties.

Painless and I'd happily recommend them and do it again.  Far from expensive too.

Bill took it down to the UPS store, declared it as a work of art - antique British Casting in Iron, used the large flat rate box and it can be delivered.  Only a small sticker for customs - item description and the price. How else can you describe a Cooper 'S block?
By the way Bill only kidding.

I'm not sure there is a cheap way. I quit shipping in that direction. Between the paperwork and dealing with the guy on the other end, it has not worked out for me. How one can declare something as worth $50. on the customs form and ensure it for $500. don't sound right to me. Steve (CTR)
