I don't like BMW Minis (Binis?), but I like the People who drive them. They are the ones who smile with envy when they see the '68. On a back bay road I was chased by an attractive and age-appropriate blonde female in a newer Clubman last weekend and as she over-took me, she smiled and waved. No, I did not catch up to her.

As the original MINI's are now up to 16 years old they are starting to get their fair share of problems and you can see this in their used car prices they are getting cheap as chips, really though it does not matter how cheap a car is if it is needing expensive repairs constantly.

Which do you think there are more of here in the states? MINI or Mini. Smart money is on selling to the greater market. It won't be long now. Steve (CTR)

I know the buttons are there and I use them for the few threads I start.  You will also notice that our host uses "MINI" for the modern BMW car leaving "Mini" for the classic.  I have nothing against MINI owners but I don't know enough to offer suggestions or advise to them.  I have not bothered to set any filters yet.

I know we all need to just get along and blah blah blah, but does it bug anyone else when folks are asking questions about Minis and since I have my forum settings to only see the posts about Classics I assume they are asking about classic Minis?
Does anyone posting even know that there are three buttons to pick the genre of the car you are posting about?
Just wondered.
