Apparently not.  I just posted on another thread and found the problem is still with us.

It seems to be working normally now. No more blaming the forum for your poor typing skills.

Trying RedRiley's work around.  Geeze... typing a period, then typing BEFORE that period does work!  Thanks!.

You don't even need to type trash. Just type a period. Then start typing everything else in front of the period. Still really bizarre, though.

Type in some rubbish text ..then go back and type your message above the rubbish.. the space bar will work as standard.

Go delete the rubbish and post.

Works for me anyway...

Cheers, Ian

To expand a bit.... I am running Chrome Version 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit), on a Win10 64-Bit Pro installation.

The work around I have to use is enter my text in the "text formating" mode, then change to "styled formatting" to add carriage returns. It's a pain but it works.

Yes. It started this morning. A temporary work around is to select the "Text Formatting" radio button just above the editor window.

However, that causes other problems... like line spacing.

Should the webmaster see this post... I'm running Chrome on Win10.
