Now Cancelled.
Sorry, due to a lack of interest, this possible Group Buy has been cancelled.

That's okay, perhaps the money saved will allow those folks to put it into the Mini in preparation for all of this year's 60th Anniversary of the Mini celebrations.

Those few that have pre-paid for theirs, a full refund is coming.
Once again,
Sorry about this.
Best,
MSH

Currently, I am working with the Wholesale distributor to lower the total cost (lower pricing, group shipping cost, etc.). I will report asap when I have new pricing info.  BTW, there are no more of the VW Type 2 planters.

So, if you were interested, but not at pricing, stay tuned.

Best,
MSH

  1. Thanks! Yeah, I thought of those poor Mini brethren that found an otherwise nice car with plants growing in / under/ through them!
  2. I hope You're enjoying the new locale.

Hi,
I'm interested in heading up a group purchase / club buy for the ceramic "auto plants" - Plants Growing Kit that are classic Mini shaped and approximately 3" long. A new Classic Mini shaped item for the collector who has an interest in all things Mini! (Yes, they are somewhat like the chia that many have seen advertised. ) Colors are Red (wild strawberry), pale turquoise (mint), and white (basil).

I'll bring examples to the SAMOA White Elephant Sale to be held on January 26th in Seattle.

The cost should be approximately $25 each; postage if needed will be at your cost. Locals can have theirs delivered to a SAMOA club meeting for no charge. I'm thinking we may have a very slight discount if we can get over 24 pieces, so that may help with shipping.

Let me know what you think. Oh, btw there may also be some Type 2 VW examples as well.  See picture attachments.

Best,
MSH
