I don't think the picture came up. What year is your mini? If it's a classic mini, black wires are grounds, but no way to tell what you might be seeing without a picture.

an anyone tell me what this is? I walked out to my mini today and saw this hanging down under the front bumper area. Can anyone tell me what it is and where does it go?
