I've been using Rustoleum Metallic Silver in a rattle can. Color is a very close match to factory. About $7. Home depot sells it. Holds up really well. One can, can do two wheels inside and out with at least two coats.

Genuine Minilites are painted with Minilite silver or gold, which is not commercially available for purchase - I've asked.
Minilights are whatever colour was to hand on the day...

This is pretty close to the silver on my Minilites. Unless for some reason it has to be exact you can pick any silver base coat/clear system.
