I would recommend you look at the link provided by TRP - it shows many wheels that will fit.

The alternative is to find a wheel store that will let you 'dry fit' a wheel before purchasing - that is about the only way to be sure unless someone in the NAM thread has already tested for you.

The JCW brakes have some unique clearance requirements due to the width of the calipers - you need extra clearance behind the spokes. I would stay with the stock ET or something very close to it.

Typically you just need a few dimensions to figure this out.

What is the offset of your current wheels? What is the interior duaneter? Those two numbers will help figure out if the wheels will clear the caliper. Looks like you have both. Whats the offset of the new wheels? After digging a bit I see apparently this car has peculiar fitment issues.

Have you seen this thread?

Hi MINI folks. I was wondering if anyone could help me with wheel sizing and lowering info for my 2016 F56 JCW (which has the Brembo big brakes). I'm wanting to get away from the factory wheels (7Jx17 ET 54) and possibly install a spring kit as well, but I'm not sure if the wheels I'm looking to buy would fit my MINI. Could I go up to an 17x8 inch wheel with a spring kit, or would that affect things? Not sure what the proper wheel offset would be either on aftermarket wheels. Very aggravating beings I'm not a tuner. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
