Assuming that you are referring to the MINI factory xenon lights...  If one side is levelling and the other is not, then it sounds like there is an issue with the actuator. The unit itself may be defective or the control signal is not reaching the unit.

Perhaps you can try swapping the right and left units electrically to see if the problem follows the lights or stays with the position. (connect them electrically without mounting them).

What’s up guys, just trying to figure out what is wrong with my Self leveling HID Projectors. The one will not level and is pointing nose down. Looking for advice before I spend BMW prices for a completely new one. I’ve heard there are issues with the leveling sensors, but upon inspection the two seem to have equal wear and no loose connections. It feels like the  actuator may have given up, because there is no positive retention on the entire thing it is just free floating in there. Any ideas would be great I don’t want to pay 600€ for a new one.
