Thanks Doug for the link. My earlier post. Gonna look for seats that fit. The Acura seats were very comfortable but left something to desire in terms of rear seat access.
I've used the JC Whitney Jeep folding rear seat for a moke also. It was a good fit. I'm looking for front seats to fit a classic mini. I don't mind fabricating the bases.
And if anyone in the NE near NYC has a pair of late model recliners such as the leather seats that came in the JC cars, I'm interested.

Tony Bell just put some Smittybuilt Jeep seats in his Mini. Not sure what model Jeep they are made for, but they look good.

I bought seats at an auction years ago that came from an '87 Mustang and they fit in fine but snuggly, and were very comfy. I did have to fabricate bases underneath them. I had the rear seat re-upholstered to match and also the four side panels. Randy

Anyone have a link the the thread about modern seats that have been fitted to a mini? I searched and can't find it. It exists because I posted in it. There might be more than one. And yes, I'm looking to upgrade the fronts to a more comfy seat. If you're close to NY and have a pair of nice clean seats that I might be interested in, let me know please.
