I’ve got no mods on the car. Only thing I’ve changed recently was the engine air filter from OEM to K&N engine air filter.

have any clues to the cause / fix for this error code?

thanks in advance!

I have heard of rare occasions where the oil from re-usable filters like the K&N have caused fouling of the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor.  I would recommend you remove and clean the MAP sensors before you start buying parts.

There are MAP sensors located on the throttle body and on the intake manifold.
Thank you for the heads-up! I'll give the suggestion a try!
