Neat = your commission number is 003305 -   My 67 Moke is 003320 (my vin is 841480) wonder how close they are? or were down the assembly line.

Per my heritage Cert = Born on Jan 31-  1966 (titled as a 67)

My other moke = Comission - 002567 - vin 807922  born 10/26/1965  bit earlier.

Yes i just checked and both of mine are original, my 65 Moke is stamped but the 79 Estate is embossed.

I like your original plate better, it looks real, and appears to be in great shape. Just my two cents.

I will look at my Moke today and let you know Brad.
I am pretty sure my 79 Estate is embossed - reverse stamped so maybe it was changed later
