I have the top bracket on my 1966 “S” which I believe is original.

So...
- what part would be original for a 1966 “S”?
- what year car would this be original to?
By stating "not original to the car" I was referring to the brackets that you posted which both look aftermarket or maybe even home made and not original Mini ones.

I have only ever seen the ones you found with rounded edges more of an upward facing lip all around the perimeter which seem to stop the brake fluid from running down the firewall when spilt, yours looks flat.

The factory heater hose one is flat with rounded corners.

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

Both of those brackets are not original to the car.

Most of the Mini vendors should stock the heater hose plates as they are just flat pieces with no rounded edges.

The hard part will be finding the hydro line type for the clutch and brake assembly. For grommets i just go to my local hardware store Ace has a good selection.

Try Somerford Minis.co.uk? in the UK they seem to have some early parts also Nick Rogers in the UK he is on facebook.

The top plate is for the clutch and brake master cylinders, also the engine steady. Bottom plate is for the heater hose, looks like this plate was fabricated and the person making it did not care if it looked original.

Can anyone confirm my statements below or answer questions re: these parts (which are not for my 1966 "S" wet LHD)?

This is for a RHD MK1 wet mini.

The top piece is the "Bracket, Hydro & Fuel Hose on Firewall, LH, Mk1" (ALA5557 - NLA).
The bottom piece is the "
BLANKING PLATE WITH 2 HOLES" for the heater hoses.
Host site has ALA7530 but it has rounded corners.  As you can see on my image the lower left and upper right corners are not rounded.   Does anyone have a part number for this?
I also see the bracket has a grommet for the fuel line.
My bracket does not have this grommet.
Anyone have a part number for this grommet?
