I'm going to assume you mean the Childrens car = that sold on the Elkhart Collection = Auction RM Sothebys

https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/el20/the-elkhart-collection/lots/n0024-mini-cooper-s-childrens-car/863974

I saw it too and honestly had the SAME questions =  Such quality = detail inside and out...
Where did it come from / who made.. it was suprising. Not to mention the rest of the collection.

I recently saw a really neat classic Mini Kid / Child size car for little driver and passenger. Very accurate, it had metal drip rails, authentic exterior hinges, windows in weather strip, ect. It had been converted to drive with car battery and electric motor at some point in the ancient past although I do not know if originally. Anybody know the origin of the body or thelittle vehicle?
