Do you have anti-rattle shims installed?

how many miles on them ? Some pads these days have a layer of different outer pad material for the first small amount of wear (to help them bed in more quickly)
One side noisy or both?
re-install the anti-rattle shims ?
did your pads have a rubber-like anti-squeal coating (on the backside of the pad) ?
If not you could remove the pads, then
put some Permatex Brake Quiet or other similar product on the back side of the pad (facing the caliper piston, not the rotor)
did you check for play from loose castle nut/worn bearings while you were in there?
if abnormal the rotor could be "wobbling"
