BaT Can be hysterical to read.
Right now there is an Australiana/NZ/UK Cooper S on there with pissing matches going on between two or three " scrutineers ".....filling up the comment section with shyte but very little positive comments.....although it's a beauty

I think the van would have sold pretty quick to the US if it weren't for Covid.  Still no private sale out of CA I think unless a commercial shipper is used.

Very nice Herman! I'll be curious if you got the route of BAT, and what kind of reserve they will offer. I am really tempted to do the prototype mini, but I've tried 3 times to list on BAT without success thus far. Good luck with the sale, beautiful van, little too.... stock for my taste, ha!

A shame that I had to let this pass. If it had been in the US, I would have jumped on it

Abel, I guess we both missed out on Matthew's '61 …. John McGee's estate just sold as well. I'll alert you if one pops up on the EC

Nooooooo! I didn't know you were selling the '61; would have snatched it from you ….. always wanted to restore an early model (smooth roof) van. I'm sure it's all smiles for the new owner, as they've gone up in price tremendously. Perhaps, we could do a three-way deal; they buy mine, and I buy yours. Ooops, it's now theirs; no longer yours LOL

Nice.
It looks BaT worthy to me.
Thanks for the endorsement, Malcolm! I think the van is ready prime time ...... here I come, BaT!
Herman I don't think I have ever seen a Van auctioned on BaT, you could set the bar especially if you get some interest from the UK they are really doing strong numbers there.
