I presume you have the original brake pads.

So yes, I would go ahead and try different pads - and I would also recommend having the rotors turned to ensure you have a 'true-flat' rotor surface...

I took the pads out, cleaned everything, applied anti-squeal on the back of the pads, and still have the problem. There is zero reduction in squeal. Thinking about swapping the OEM Brembo to Brembo NAO Ceramic.  Thoughts?

OEM, EBC Reds, or Carbotech Bobcats should be fine. 

With any pad you choose, you need to add anti-squeal compound to the back side of the pads.

No brake fade but a ridiculous amount of squealing.  Picture nails dragging down a chalkboard every time you brake.  Doesn't matter what speed or pressure on the pedal. You can hear the issue here: https://youtu.be/24uqEpDq5e4

Brake fade?
Accelerated wear?

I have a 2019 F60 JCW that seems to have front brake pad issues.  Going to pull them out this weekend but wanted to get your opinions regarding replacement pads.  Do you think I should go with OEM (Brembo),EBC red stuff, or some other brand for cold/hot temp street aggressive street driving?
