Could try here: https://www.seatbeltextenderpros.com/mini-seat-belt-extenders/ I just went to their website and they immediately offered to help.

We used to offer seat belt extenders but they were only for the newer model 'standard' looking buckles.

I have not see an extender for the buckle in your photo....

I have an '89 Leyland Mini Mayfair.  Being a big guy, I fit in it just fine but the seat belt is quite tight to close.  Looking around for an extender, I don't see any with the shape of the buckle I have.  It has "575" etched on it.  Any ideas?
