The basic body should be the same. Some of the trim / bumpers / grille / tail lights may have changed, but the basic body should be the same.

I just picked up a 2022 MINI Clubman S All4. I want to install racing stripes. I have found some nice 3M pre-cut stripes. The sites notes the stripes fit 2016 through 2018 Clubman . Does anyone know if the body on the 2022 Clubman has changed since 2019? I found another site that went to 2020 model year. Does anyone know if the body has changed?
