As far as I know, owner's manuals for the later Mini models (post 80's) have never been reprinted. So I'm inclined to think your only option is to get a used one if you want a physical copy.

Maybe 15 years ago our host sold DVD's that had a bunch of factory publications for Minis from 1985 to 2000. This was produced by the Heritage Motor Centre. It has electronic copies of the service manuals and owner's manuals for those years. So if you just want to read the owner's manual, electronic copies are out there somewhere. 

You'd have to have an old Windows installation, maybe as old as Windows 98, to read that DVD because they copy protected the .pdf's and the copy protection software doesn't work on modern Windows OS versions. I think though that XP was able to run it.

Thanks I have a couple mx manuals, early models and later models.  Was just looking for a little owners manual the might have come with the car on it's original purchase.

Google for one of these. 

This version has the wiring diagrams and information for injected models.
