What is that red graphic that shows up on the tach when you are trying to start? Can you get a close up?

Also, can you get a code reader to see what fault codes are stored in the computer?

Jump starting did not work. Same, no ignition.

Jump starting is always a good first step, even if you have a new battery.

Also check the ground strap near the passenger side motor mount - the connection can degrade over time.

Battery is brand new, less than a month.

Mini Cooper S 2007, won't get ignition nor start. The radio comes on but that's pretty much it. All you can hear is the sound of the key mechanical click going off randomly.
