I beleive the back of the relay holds the key to ' converting' it to a 'modern normal "bosch' 5 pin Relay.
The back of your relay has a very similar diagram to the modern relays.
Perhaps converting the wires into a 'normal' relay isnt too bad
Would make some jumpers just to test.
Can also test the PLUG manually to find the Constant 12V = the ground = The Switched wire and the signal to the solenoid.
Unless your're caught on having the OEM relay... off the shelf 5Pin relay should do the trick.
Goodluck.

Sorry Spitz--I don't have your answer, but , yup! I can barely use this site on my older Samsung, Android phone. I almost never go here when "mobile".....I wait until I am in front of a proper PC
Good luck with your relay quest.
p.s.-if you can find a manufacturers name---and/or a part # on that case (I am assuming you would've probably shared that if you had it) we've had pretty good luck at work using www.digikey.ca Parts to western Canada (SK) likely would arrive very quickly as a lot of it is drop-shipped from Thief River Falls , which iirc, is in MN not too awful far from you

~ 30 minutes in a Mini is more therapeutic than 3 sessions @ the shrink. ~
