OK, since you found one and this thread is already up. I am also looking for a MK 1 binnacle.  the oval plastic and what ever else you might have. Including the steel backing plate.

Thanks for the info that part is the metal frame that the plastic cover fits over 14A9815 . I am lookin for the orignal plastic cover that is mounted with 4 screws around the spedo. The later cars use a cover that  looks close but attaches differently. It might be able to be modified to fit the early binnacle but iscot correct for a 1963 Austin Cooper. I think you located the correct part number for the correct part 14A9815.
