I forgot about the main fuse block corroding. I clean up the corrosion and solder the connections together. When I buy a new block I do it right away as the connections are clean, a lot less work. Also another problematic item are the cheap plastic inline fuse holders. When hot they stretch and when they cool , they leave a little space between the fuse and contact point. I replace all of them using a spade terminal block.

It will more than likely be a faulty flasher relay. Fuse boxes on these models also cause quite a bit of grief. The fuse holders are riveted to the spade connectors behind to box. These riveted connections suffer from corrosion giving intermittent power supply issues. New 4 blade factory fuse boxes are very cheap and well worth replacing.

I’ve concluded the Haynes wiring diagram for the SPI is completely wrong.  I only see a three pin flasher relay, and the hazard switch has eight wires coming to it and Haynes only shows six.  Colors are all different as well.  Would anyone have a correct diagram for a 1992 spi mini?

Are all the Inline fuses behind air filter?  Most of mine are labeled and I don’t see one for indicators?  That’s why I thought it might be behind dash or something but don’t see ones

The turn signals are bit convoluted.   The 93 & 94 only represent a  fuse. Going from memory. There  is the fuse block. I believe it is the 2nd one down. Since I replaced all the place inline holders  (which are under the air filter housing in the engine bay) with a terminal fuse blade strip, there are 3 with very thin brown wires on one side.

I need to know where the fuses are before I can test them.  I found the flasher relay under dash but don’t see any inline fuse 94 nearby?  I’m trying to find fuse 93 &94.

If all fuses test positive,  pull the yellow relay on the right side attached two the inner wing. There will be two of them. It is the one closer to the grill. Pull  the relay out and put it back in. Do this a couple of times to make a good contact. Let me know if that works.

I've been doing a lot of unrelated work in the engine bay and in the dash of my 92 SPI, and thought I was home free with my intended projects when I realized my turn signals don't work now.  Horn works so I know the staulk switch is getting power, and I found the flasher relay and I don't get power to that, so Im suspecting one of the fuses.  The haynes manual shows the fuse 93 and 94 as part of the circuit.  One is labeled as just fuse (93) and the other is an inline fuse (94).  Does anyone know where they are.  Are the non-inline fuses just the four fuses in the block on the firewall?  I've checked those four and the other inline fuses on the firewall I could easily see and they seem fine but not sure where else to look.
