Thanks Kermy!! Yes, I am embarassed, but my computer skills are somewhat rudimentary and fleeting. A decade or so back I was posting pics on here for Steve Gibbs in VA, when he was building his Mini named "Alex", after his then young son, who is now all grown up and working in law enforcement!!
Hoping that someone on here knows where my old Mini is now located, would love to bring it back home. Only reason for selling DAEK was daughters college bills during a recession......

Backstay. You'll be embarrassed at how easy it is. To the left of the space in which you type a message, there is a green button you click on to add pictures to your post. Kenatminimania should have pointed this out to you.

1972 Mk III Resto-Mod known by its UK plate number DAE123K. Last known in Philadelphia area 10 or so years ago. Dark green with white bonnet stripes and roof. Biscuit color Newton leather with green piping, burr walnut dash with 9-clock magnolia Smith gauges, twin tanks, 1380cc with JK 5-speed. Purchased and imported from Michael Waterjohns in UK. I will try and figure out how to post a pic here, I used to know how to do that, but it's been a while. Hoping to locate and repatriate here to CT.
