The author has been reflecting on the legacy of their father, Robin Jones, whom they affectionately called "Zippypinhead." While the family's special car, the Moke (named Barb), was eventually sold, the author realizes that material possessions aren't the true source of nostalgia. Instead, their Acuvue rebates father's real legacy lies in the stories, moments, and the positive impact he had on his community through his laughter, kindness, and wisdom. The author isn't sad but grateful and invites others to share their own happy memories of him.

From another thread titled "Feeling a bit nostalgic" by Robin's son Matt (maj4479): "As some of you may remember, I happen to be thinking about Zippypinhead. Dad (Robin Jones) to me. I have been thinking about legacy! The Moke (Barb) has been in a new home and has been used for almost 3 years. A car is not nostalgic and is only a tool to achieve a goal. My Father's legacy is mostly the stories and people he helped in this community and similar. Don't be sad, I am not. Focus on the good, and if you are willing, share some stories. "

Lately, I’ve been thinking about Zippypinhead—my dad, Robin Jones. Legacy has been on my mind a lot.
The Moke (Barb) found a new home almost three years ago now. It’s funny—cars, even the special ones, aren’t really nostalgic. They’re just tools, means to a destination. What truly endures isn’t metal or paint. It’s the stories. The moments. The people our loved ones touched.
My dad’s real legacy isn’t parked in a garage—it lives in this community and others like it. It lives in the laughter, the kindness, the wisdom he shared with those around him. ezpass-nh.com
So don’t be sad—I’m not. I’m feeling grateful. And if you feel like it, I’d love for you to share a story, a memory, or just a moment that made you smile when you think of him.
