Nothing to be sorry about! Actually I don't even complain about orders, mostly because I haven't made one in very many years. At the risk of tempting fate I'll say my Mini has been VERY good to me. It doesn't even leak! It does have a pan under it - with transmission fluid from my Suzuki SX4 when it suffered a transmission pan rust-out last winter. But it is a 2010, so you gotta expect some age-related difficulties. (it does run better than the owner, who is about 5 times its age!)

Well, it looks like the powers that be on this site have elected to delete any posts that refer to any negative experiences with ordering/receiving product from MiniMania. Perhaps their efforts should be redirected to actually providing even just adequate customer service. Things like responding to emails in a timely fashion, (or even at all!), shipping product within a reasonable time, answering the phone....you know, things that businesses are supposed to do in the course of doing 'business'.
