The center binnacle Mini speedos are too large to fit the Midget dash, I'm afraid. You might want to check with Smiths and see if they offer something similar in a smaller size.
Hope that Helps

FOLLOW UP QUESTION: Thank you for getting back to me. I am redoing the dash and making it a bit custom so redoing a hole will be fine, I am more concerned with functionality and that I can get the fuel gauge and different lights to work through this setup.
FOLLOW UP ANSWER: Hmmm, well, unless the dash is completely custom (built from scratch) I still think the Mini speedo is far too large.
At any rate, the bigger issue is to get an electronic sender from the gearbox. I don't know if Smiths makes one for the Spridgets. Without one to fit the speedo adapter on the ribcase gearbox, the Mini gauge isn't usable: https://www.minimania.com/part/GSD1001/Classic-Mini-Electronic-Speedo-Drive-Adapter-1980-On
