Question:
For parts 24 and 25 (steering cowl), how do the clamshell pieces connect? Are there male and female screws? Isn't the steering column in the way? Car: 74 Mini, Mark 3
Answer:
It fits over the column and secures with screws - it has a notch for the stalk. Is yours missing? This would be the one for your car as long as you don't have a steering lock: https://www.minimania.com/part/8G6035/Classic-Mini-Cooper-Steering-Cowl-Mk2-3-Cars
