The lowest steel part of the car is bound to rust first, right? If your Sprite and Midget has been wintered outside, or even driven in the wet, it is likely that water has collected in the floor pans, soaked the carpet, and rusted the floor. Full length replacement pans are available for left (MRP0051) or right (MRP0052) side…you probably need both! For early MKI and MKII cars. For later MK3-4 cars, used part numbers MRP0049 & MRP0050.
