This sleeve NUT has a shank diameter of approx. 0.665" and a shank length (with the washer removed) of 1.36". The removable washer is 0.15" thick with an OD of 1.06". Effective shank length with the washer installed is about 1.2". Think they'll fit? Better get 'em now...

I have a Crossle Club Ford with older Revolution wheels. The dimensions of these sleeve lug nuts looks good, but I need them with 7/16" x 20 threads. (I could not find the thread size on these). Can I get them in this size? I need 16 but would probably buy more. Thanks.

We only sell nuts that 3/8-24, I'm afraid. We sell one size of competition 7/16" studs but no wheel nuts to fit them.
