No More Inno Cooper 1300

            1973. March. Production stops on the Innocenti Mini Cooper 1300.

Beginning of the Inno 1300 Export

            1973. March. Production of the Innocenti Cooper 1300 changes over to the 1300 Cooper Export. This version was also built at Seneffe in Belgium.

Australian LS for Sale

            1977. March. The Mini LS with a 998cc engine goes on sale in Australia. Price at the time was quoted at AUS$4,495.

Cooper Genealogy from Two Centuries Ago

            1893. October. Charles Newton Cooper was born in Paris to an English father and a Spanish mother on Saturday the 14^th. The family moved to England (Malden) when Charles was a child.

Issigonis Birth

            1906. November. Alex Issigonis was born in Smyrna, Turkey on Sunday the 18^th to Konstantinos and Hulda Issigonis.

Charles Cooper Marries

            1922. Charles Newton Cooper married Elsie Pond.

John Cooper Arrives

            1923. July. John Newton Cooper was born to Charles and Elsie Cooper on Tuesday the 17^th.
