NICE lookin' rims!  How much different is the ride height over what you had on it to start with?

Can you tell me what the offset is? Very nice wheel I'm wondering if they can work on a MKI Cortina.

yeah...i know this wheel is common on the 510's, but i thought they would look nice on the mini. i have raised my suspension for now until i modify my exhaust. i can rasie my resonator about an inch and if i use a 4-2-1 header, i'll gain additional clearance.

while the libre's are growing on me more every day, i'm still open to offers for those who would like to buy the package.

As MadDog said - Libre's were one of the favorite wheels of the time especially when it came to Z's and 510's. I never had any on my 240Z's but I did on my black '72 510 and so did my buddies as seen at Laguna Seca back in the late '70's!

Hey Boister. What ever happened to your vtecminis gallery? I can't seem to find any of your old pics. Have a new pic library or a flickr or something? Sorry to threadjack.

Those ARE very cool wheels. Had a friend that had a set on his Porsche 914 and I always liked them. I might be interested if you'd sell the wheels and lugs separate. I don't need the tires.

That's one of my all-time bestest wheels. Had them on my Datsun 240Z and on my old 510 back in the day. In fact the Mini that is on the April picutre of my Mini calender has those wheels on it.  Maybe you ought to keep them and adjust your suspension up a bit to get you more ground clearence.

well i came across a rare set of 13x7" american racing libre wheels that have a 4x101.6 pcd. i decided to get them and made an attempt to run them on my mini. well, due to my current exhaust, i don't have enough clearance to make this setup practical. i'm going to see what i can do to modify my exahaust, but in the meantime, i thought i put a feeler on this forum if anyone would be interested in purchasing the wheel and tire (summitomo htr200 175/50/13) combo. i will also include the proper shank lugs which cost me $40.
