That's a nice looking instrument panel for a Mini to be sure! Ya sure that didn't come out of a Lear Jet or something??? I'm going to take a wild stab at the approx. year of Jaguar that came out of... (1970's circa?) I shudder to think what a Jag owner would actually fork out for that little dashpod setup there!!! HA!!! Somebody's getting a sweet deal at $200! I had a '74 XJ6 once. Beautiful car that was! All original.                                     Mini Estate

P.S. I'd love to see the finished project after it's installed in whatever Mini it ends up in! Please share!

OK, here's the dash with a tape on it for sizing and I popped

it into the dash in my clubbie. Second thoughts on selling,

but I'll step up to the plate as I've already offered it.

The space for the push start button is to the right of the

cigar lighter. I would suggest using that, and a key switch

with an on-off function. I'll measure it today.

what's the overall size of the pannel? it would look nice in my clubby, i dont have any dash right now, just a temporary CF pannel i made to hold a couple gauge and lights...

thanks

It has your basic functions and then there's 3 light switches for

map reading and I believe 2 courtesy lights. I looked at it again breifly when

I took the picture the other day.  You could wire up the key, start button,

all the gauges, the driving lights are that big side swing toggle above the

cigar lighter (center).  Oil, amps, fuel, water temp gauges.

My buddy had a Radford which had this setup and I was always wanting to

do it.  Everything comes down to time at this point. Too many projects.

BTW, easy enough to put a wood peel and stick veneer on the black face.

Do you think that'll fit the Moke?
Although I wouldn't have a clue what all the switches 'n dials are for....

I'll foward a link to this thread to my buddy that's into Jaguars....

There's a big green button with a green arrow pointing up just to the left and above the space you type in a messgae (or reply) that says "Click Here To Select Images!". Click the button and follow the instructions to upload and image.

I've got a 9 toggle switch panel with 4 gauges for sale. I was gonna build it into one of my cars but have other plans at the moment. It's black faced, not wood, and has an ignition key (missing key) push button start (also button is gone) but everything else is there along with about one foot  of harness cut from the Jag.

Em me for pix. I can't figure out how to post it yet.

looking for $200.-
