Thanks George, I picked up a case yesterday. I want to say the everyday price is $5.99 a qrt on this oil so that works out to a $24.00 savings on the case.
Yes, Cars & Coffee is still at the same location aproxamentyly 50 Saturdays a year. However the city is Irvine and the building is now owned by TacoBell (yes really). Ford still uses a small part of the complex as a design center. Just look for TacoBell building off of the 5 freeway in Irvine.

My local auto machine shop has started carrying a line of race oils. I dropped in last week and they offered me a free oil change of their break in oil. I was there to line hone the diff. side covers for a current engine /tranny build. I plan to test this engine soon so I took their oil. Not sure how it will or how I could compare it to Brad Penn. I have the mail in oil test kits but they are not cheap. I guess if the oil is free I can afford a test kit after first oil change. While not the answer to Doug's question Brad Penn break in oil is around $8 per qt. here. Steve (CTR)

Thanks George. Tommorrow morning I'll be at a Cars and Coffee with vintage Duesenberg/Ferrari/Jag etc. owners and each guy's opinion on zinc will directly contradict the last guys' opinion.
And O'Reilly is the one store I can almost stand.
