someone bought it for $27,700 on ebay. one heck of a bargain if you're into 3 second thrill rides.

unfortunately, I think his entire purpose here is to get a rise out of people. I can't believe I'm even here posting this. I told myself I would only log in here to help someone out who genuinely needed help, but I've let my disdain for him get the best of me again. I'll get out of here again.

On the topic, the car is actually incredibly well built, dyno tuned to perfection, and drives quite well. The owner has people on both sides of the fence. Some HATE it with the fire of a thousand suns, and some love it. The owner maintains a great attitude despite all of it. I wouldn't buy it, and I wouldn't build it. But like any build, there are details that I love and would definitely use on my own mini. He should be able to get the $35k he's asking for if he can get it in front of the right person.

Id like to see his response to this one... Probably come up with some excuse, and continue playing the victim. How dare someone call out his BS!

Wait. What?
Now Jeg, don't go insinuating that our Bobster is a poodle thief...

He's never mentioned being anywhere near Liverpool...

As an owner of a Mini and a K20 powered Honda Civic I think the Honda guys would be totally jealous of getting a K20 to push that much HP. I would be absolutely terrified to drive a Mini with that much HP outside of a track setting. My Civic is gently modified and sits at about 250hp and that's plenty for my daily driver.

The car looks good, price seems reasonable for the work done but I'm going to keep my beasts separated and have their own identities. I probably shouldn't park them too close in the driveway I might come out one morning to the car above!

Why imitate, buy the real thing. 25 cents on the dollar and already done.  I like it too. unfortunately  it doesn't have a rear seat.  I need a back seat for my standard poodle.

Very nicely done (IMHO) even though not my cup of tea. Price is probably reasonable considering what has gone into making it.

The thought of 495 horses scares me, though it looks well sorted. I like the red tank behind the rad that at least pays a visual homage to the lowly A-series that once slept there.

Not sure about the headlght fairings.

Here's a Mini that's "had some work done". Let the "dialogue" begin ....
